What you will do

• Lead strategy and development for integrated projects across multiple clients.
• Partner with clients to define goals and marketing strategies while improving agency-wide results.
• Lead cross-capability teams in developing creative ideas aligned with client objectives.
• Present work, incorporate client insights, and ensure deliverables are client-ready.
• Manage client relationships, account profitability, risk mitigation, forecasting, billing, and budgets.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with senior leadership, delivery management, and client finance.

Requirements

• Seven to nine years of professional experience, including approximately five years at a creative agency.
• Experience managing client relationships, marketing teams, and marketing strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, project management, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organization and adaptability.
• Experience with budget management and resource planning.
• Four years of college education; an MBA is preferred.

Nice to have

• Client-side and digital agency experience.
• MBA degree.
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
