TL;DR

Location: Remote (Home Office in New York, NY)

Salary: $80,000–$150,000 per year base

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts across agencies, publishers, and ad tech partners, focusing on new logo acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and existing professional relationships.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify client challenges and position audience activation solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and pricing structures to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless client activation.
  • Report on pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and manage quarterly and annual quotas.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of success in digital media, programmatic, or audience data sales.
  • Established network of decision-makers at media agencies, holding companies, and DSPs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a quota-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic media, 3rd-party audiences, and data activation strategies.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with platforms such as The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, or Neustar.
