TL;DR

Manager, Agency Account Management (AdTech): Leading a team of account managers and overseeing key agency and marketer partnerships within the programmatic advertising ecosystem with an accent on strategic insights and client delivery. Focus on driving revenue growth, coaching direct reports, and optimizing programmatic campaigns via the IX platform.

Location: Hybrid in New York (Required office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $125,000 - $165,000

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of two Account Managers through coaching and performance management.
  • Directly own a portfolio of key agency and marketer partnerships, providing strategic guidance.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to help clients solve challenges and capitalize on programmatic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business development and publisher teams to secure and grow deal opportunities.
  • Forecast revenue growth and track delivery against targets and OKRs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital media with deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape (SSP, DSP, PMP, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Proven experience working with large agencies (Dentsu or WPP experience is a strong plus).
  • Must be based in New York and open to working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CRM/analytics tools (DOMO, Looker), and advanced MS Excel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a technology-related field.
