What you will do

• Lead and manage CAPEX manufacturing projects up to $2.5MM from concept through start-up.
• Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead safety activities, provide visible field leadership, and maintain project safety standards.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and external service resources.
• Develop, review, and execute technical documentation in line with company procedures.
• Manage cost forecasting, change management, schedule performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work or military experience.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• At least 5 years of project engineering or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost structures, and contracting strategies.
• Experience with SAP project modules and related transactions.
• Ability to evaluate engineering and construction deliverables and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced engineering degree or professional certification such as PMP.
• Experience managing EPC projects or external service providers.
• Knowledge of constructability reviews, productivity measurement, and construction planning.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and delivering complex projects.
