What you will do

• Maintain project cost, schedule, and performance data in project controls systems and spreadsheets.
• Prepare standard reports, charts, summaries, and progress data for internal teams.
• Update project schedules with progress information and support schedule reviews.
• Track invoices, purchase orders, actual costs, cost logs, and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain project controls documentation, change logs, forecasts, and approvals for audits and compliance checks.
• Attend project meetings, record follow-up actions, and coordinate controls-related meeting materials and schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of refining or petrochemical industry experience, or no prior experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Basic knowledge of project controls processes, workflows, cost control, scheduling, risk, and performance measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar field preferred.
• Work is based in Wilmington, California.
