Relevance Strategist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, California, United States, subject to workplace attendance and in-office requirements.

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Design, write, and communicate social-first creative for platforms and organic creator reach.
• Position a sophisticated Gen AI creative tool at the center of relevant social and cultural conversations.
• Develop recurring social formats, including mini-series, live streams, and platform-specific shows.
• Work with creative teams and social creators to turn consumer insights into high-performing content.
• Scan social platforms for emerging cultural signals, voices, and formats, enabling rapid content development.
• Report on social conversations and community sentiment, while engaging directly with online communities.

Requirements

• Background in Gen AI and a strong understanding of creator, creative-maker, and technical communities.
• Track record in Gen AI and creative-maker ecosystems, including active participation in relevant communities, subreddits, and events.
• Experience in social strategy, content curation, or community management for nuanced and technical audiences.
• Exceptional writing skills for reports, cultural stewardship, and point-of-view documents.
• Understanding of viral creative, social media, creator-economy, and platform mechanics.
• Experimental, action-oriented mindset with strong curiosity and familiarity with creative products.
