Director, Influencer (Marketing)

What you will do

• Oversee the EMEA CAIT function covering creators, affiliates, influencers, and talent, with priority markets in the UK and Germany.
• Partner with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative leadership to develop creator-led campaigns and translate brand concepts into casting strategies.
• Lead and develop the CAIT team, strengthening strategic thinking, creative collaboration, mentoring, and production capabilities.
• Set standards for creator performance, asset quality, virtual directing, commercial safety, and production excellence.
• Oversee contracts, payments, timelines, project margins, workflow efficiency, and escalation of usage-rights and liability issues.
• Represent hirify.global in industry events and pitches, and turn creator-economy trends into actionable business opportunities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, or talent management.
• Experience combining creative judgment with operational management of budgets, timelines, and delivery.
• Ability to communicate the business value of creators, defend creative decisions, and lead complex client and stakeholder conversations.
• Practical understanding of content production, creator workflows, social-first platforms, and influencer or talent operations.
• Experience leading, mentoring, recruiting, and developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Must be authorised to work in Germany.
