MEP Superintendent

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; full-time, on-site role.

What you will do

• Lead coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, including sequencing, constructability, conflict resolution, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Work with project teams, designers, and trade contractors to identify and resolve MEP coordination issues using BIM and other coordination tools.
• Create and communicate project-specific safety programs covering site conditions, work methods, hazards, and scheduled adjacencies.
• Coordinate permitting and required inspections to support timely project execution.
• Review design and construction documents for constructability, phasing, temporary protection, site logistics, MEP integration, and field efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP systems on commercial construction projects, including trade sequencing, system interfaces, and installation activities.
• Completed training in Construction Management, Project Management, Safety, or Leadership.
