Project Manager - Operations (Automotive Recycling)

Automotive recycling business giving used vehicles a second life through 27 self-service recycling locations across Eastern Canada.

What you will do

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance.
• Plan and deliver multiple operational improvement projects end-to-end.
• Analyze and optimize vehicle purchasing, dismantling, warehousing, sales, and logistics processes.
• Lead the deployment and integration of digital tools, software, CRM/ERP systems, mobile applications, and workflow automation.
• Coordinate Operations, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Marketing, and external vendors.
• Manage change adoption, training, documentation, risk, testing, quality control, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of project management experience; automotive recycling, logistics, warehousing, or retail experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital and system-related projects.
• Strong understanding of vehicle purchasing, dismantling, inventory management, and used-parts sales processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual English and French required.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
