What you will do

• Set the strategic vision, business plan, and operational priorities for the Corporate business in Hong Kong.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across business development, account management, logistics, and customer support.
• Grow the corporate client base and develop long-term corporate relationships and customer experience.
• Define and implement KPIs, scalable processes, and initiatives that improve growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, revenue channels, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and local hirify.global stakeholders to deliver cross-functional initiatives in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Experience building and leading high-performing entrepreneurial teams.
• Strong business, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate resource needs clearly, and work proactively with stakeholders.
• Operations-focused mindset with a drive to improve processes and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
• Comfort working in a rapidly changing environment.
