What you will do
- Lead Indonesia’s long-range and annual country strategic plans to deliver revenue and profit targets.
- Direct country-level commercial strategy, pricing, sales, marketing, and business development.
- Manage working capital through S&OP, inventory, credit, and collections activities.
- Lead and develop the Indonesian team across sales, marketing, and account management.
- Build the business development roadmap, including product registration, distribution strategy, partner development, and product launches.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with distributors, institutional accounts, plantations, government agencies, and other stakeholders across Indonesia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in fertilizers, crop protection, or seeds.
- Proven agricultural business development, sales, and marketing experience with established distributor networks in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian agricultural market, regulatory requirements, and local business dynamics.
- Experience managing P&L, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning business strategy with market needs.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.
