What you will do
- Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing team of global business services professionals.
- Drive change management initiatives and optimize GBS processes and systems.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and other financial management activities.
- Develop operational strategies and performance management frameworks to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Manage process improvement initiatives and projects from initiation through completion.
- Assess and mitigate operational and financial risks while managing vendor relationships and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
- Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Extensive operations management experience in a global business services environment.
- Experience with performance management methodologies, process improvement, project management, and risk management.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and performance monitoring.
