What you will do

• Define and execute the corporate business plan, including strategic initiatives and KPIs across sales, account management, logistics, and support.
• Lead, build, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain strong corporate relationships.
• Create and iterate scalable processes to drive growth, efficiency, and new revenue channels.
• Collaborate with regional and local management teams to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communication to push forward cross-departmental projects successfully.
• Prioritize and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the corporate client base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and leading high-performing entrepreneurial teams.
