What you will do

• Lead the evolution of the Asia region’s operating model and establish scalable frameworks for long-term growth.
• Direct large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses while partnering with Finance on revenue growth and cost-saving initiatives.
• Optimize workflows and establish KPIs and SLAs to improve operational effectiveness across the region.
• Oversee dashboards, reports, data models, and adoption of analytics tools to support decision-making and predictive insights.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and data analytics professionals while partnering with executive, regional, product, functional, technology, supplier, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business transformation, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or another high-growth industry.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong financial acumen, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, and revenue and cost initiatives.
• Experience designing and scaling operating models, workflows, KPIs, and SLAs across multi-country or regional organizations.
• Strong program and project management, data analytics, stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or another advanced degree preferred. Deep understanding of the Asia business landscape is required.

• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or management consultancy.
• SQL or business intelligence tool experience.
• Regional language skills.
