What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Coggin Selling Process.
• Build rapport and develop a referral-based customer network.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Manage customer communications and close vehicle sales.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and a self-starting approach.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, computer, and phone skills.
• Experience with internet tools, MS Outlook, CRM systems, Eleads, and Autotrader.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales experience is preferred; training is provided.
