What you will do

• Source and attract IT candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen candidates’ resumes to understand technical and social nuances of positions.
• Track candidates, interviews, and placements using applicant tracking/CRM system.
• Collaborate on job specifications and recruiting strategies within a team environment.
• Manage a portfolio of sales campaigns and generate leads for new business opportunities locally and nationally.
• Work closely with teammates to identify, evaluate, and service current and new accounts.

Requirements

• Sales/Customer Service experience: 1 year preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
