Manufacturing Reliability Technician

What you will do

• Maintain equipment history and reliability data in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct reliability inspections, and identify emerging asset issues.
• Perform condition-based monitoring, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and oil analysis.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs, maintenance job plans, equipment standards, and critical spare-parts management.
• Assist with major repairs, troubleshooting, equipment rebuilds, installations, commissioning, and capital projects.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, safety audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, mechanical technology, reliability engineering technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work full time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, at the Faribault facility.
• Ability to work near moving mechanical parts and in a production environment with loud noise.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• CMRT or CMRP certification.
• Vibration analysis or infrared thermography certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
