Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Faribault, Minnesota, United States; onsite, full-time, 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Pay: $24.01–$27.00 per hour, plus a $1.50/hour shift premium.

What you will do

• Assist with preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Support maintenance technicians with equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Sandblast, clean, and prepare parts for maintenance work.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and orderly condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies while working near moving mechanical parts in a loud production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
