Supervisor, Strategy (Social Media)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead social-first and creator-led strategy development across a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct research, cultural analysis, trend tracking, and audience insight development.
• Identify human truths and ownable strategic territories that guide creative work.
• Own the quality of strategy briefs, decks, campaign narratives, and client presentations.
• Partner with creative, account, influencer, and cross-functional teams to shape platform-native ideas.
• Support social listening, analytics, campaign optimization, and new business strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social strategy, creative strategy, or a related planning role at an agency or brand.
• Experience developing social-first and creator-led strategies that drive creative output.
• Strong research, insights development, and strategic framework skills.
• Clear writing, communication, and client presentation skills.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic thinking and campaign contributions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and mentor strategists.
