Social Media Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center; collaborative, in-office culture

Base salary: $120,000–$185,000 per year; equity: $40,000–$61,000

DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry through financial close.

What you will do

• Own social media channels across X, LinkedIn, and relevant finance and startup communities.
• Work directly with founders to amplify their voices and build audience awareness.
• Create timely short-form posts, replies, and videos tied to current events and industry conversations.
• Engage in community discussions, including conversations about competing finance software.
• Measure and improve engagement, follower growth, and awareness among finance leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running social media for a startup, creator, or founder.
• Strong awareness of founder and SaaS internet culture and current conversations.
• Native short-form writing instincts with strong opening-line skills.
• Ability to work quickly, iterate publicly, and maintain a high level of effort beyond standard business hours.
• Ability to work in the New York City office.

• Experience as an extremely online operator rather than an agency social media manager.
