Environmental Senior Manager

Location: Austin, Texas office, United States

Salary: $88,000–$131,000 per year; sign-on bonus up to $15,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulators, and industry partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary environmental project teams and support collaboration, accountability, and engagement.
• Manage project profitability, schedules, staffing, resource allocation, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, site investigations, and soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling.
• Guide remedial action planning and implementation, proposal development, cost estimating, and technical reporting.
• Support business development, represent the firm at industry events, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting or related experience.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing projects, and developing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and programs affecting industrial, commercial, and energy-sector clients primarily in Texas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and critical-thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Nice to have

• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
