D365 Project Manager (D365)

Location: Based at either the Italian or French sites; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days remote. Regular travel is required across Sweden, Benelux, Norway, France, and Italy.

Paid on a salary basis only; day-rate contractors are not accepted.

What you will do

• Own and manage the EMEA Wave 2 D365 deployment plan, ensuring on-time delivery and realization of agreed business benefits.
• Lead local and global teams, including superusers, subject matter experts, change resources, and leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate business readiness, system design, build, adoption, and delivery toward the agreed Go Live date.
• Manage programme-level risks, issues, dependencies, resources, conflicts, and critical-path deliverables.
• Provide guidance on the hirify.global D365 solution and apply best practices and lessons learned from previous deployments.
• Lead steering committee and gate reviews, establish project metrics, and report progress to the hirify.global Management Board.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering multi-location D365 FinOps and CE deployment programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people, processes, systems, business readiness, and organizational change.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain direction, manage accountability, and deliver business outcomes on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in Italian, French, and English at B1 level or above.
• Willingness to travel regularly and provide on-the-ground programme leadership.
