What you will do

• Coordinate project governance across internal and external stakeholders and maintain the project cockpit covering plans, milestones, dependencies, escalations, and workload.
• Maintain and prioritize the business backlog with Product Owners and project stakeholders.
• Track critical issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies, including owners and mitigation actions.
• Prepare project status reports and organize internal and external steering committees and working meetings.
• Document meeting packs, minutes, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Frame decision options for sponsors and steering bodies while maintaining project communication, momentum, and alignment across workstreams.

Requirements

• Must have experience within the banking industry.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with project governance, status reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting senior steering committees and documenting decisions through to closure.
• Availability to work in Paris and attend the office 8 days per month.
