APAC Supply Chain Director

Location: Guangzhou, China; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Lead the APAC Operations and Supply Chain functions and align team goals with regional and company commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other functions to support new product launches in China and APAC.
• Identify, select, and manage contract manufacturers, including competitive bidding, productivity initiatives, operational optimization, and long-term partnerships.
• Improve processes and reduce risks across regional manufacturing partners while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive customer service performance measured by OTIF and deliver the Good to Great program to improve gross margin.
• Review capital requirements and develop Capex proposals to improve profitability and capacity.

Requirements

• 15+ years of supply chain management experience, including 8+ years in people management.
• Proven experience building and leading high-performance teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management, local regulatory requirements, strategic planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Experience in multinational environments, with cross-cultural awareness and the ability to operate across APAC; willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, change management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken communication; bachelor’s degree or above required.

• Experience managing a plant or manufacturing site.
• MBA.
