Procurement Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Define and implement sourcing and supply strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
• Lead direct and indirect category sourcing and build a diversified, resilient supplier base.
• Drive cost reduction and value creation through negotiation, innovation, specification optimization, and demand management.
• Track supplier performance, procurement KPIs, cost savings, quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Develop procurement and logistics processes, digital infrastructure, and the P2P process.
• Manage compliance, contracts, supply chain risks, ESG initiatives, supplier sustainability assessments, and audits.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• 8–10 years of experience, preferably in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, risk awareness, and familiarity with manufacturing and operations processes.
• Leadership skills and experience developing supply chain teams.
• Fluent English required.
• Resilience, patience, results orientation, and strong communication skills.
