Leader, Enterprise Lean & Operational Excellence, Asia (Lean Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Deploy the enterprise Lean Six Sigma strategy across regional manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and support operations.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps, including kaizen events and value-stream improvement activities.
• Facilitate measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and mentor site teams and continuous improvement practitioners.
• Conduct site assessments, maturity reviews, benchmarking, and project prioritization activities.
• Participate in the global ELSS network, standardize tools, and share best practices across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Lean Six Sigma certification required; Black Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement, including multi-site improvement work.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, statistical analysis, structured problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience collaborating across sites and functions and influencing stakeholders in matrixed or decentralized environments.
