Procurement Manager (Primary Switchgear)

What you will do

• Lead the primary switchgear procurement team and deliver KPIs covering cost savings, cash improvement, fulfillment, supplier quality, and sustainable supply chain performance.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies with category managers and suppliers in line with business priorities.
• Manage sourcing for direct and indirect materials and services while improving supply chain efficiency and operational excellence.
• Drive cost reduction for new product development through supplier selection, supply chain optimization, supplier innovation, and process improvement.
• Manage supplier audits and qualification, improve supplier quality, and reduce the cost of failure.
• Develop procurement employees through training and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in operations or supply chain management within multinational companies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people-management skills.
• Experience managing complex projects and implementing innovative solutions in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership, initiative, and the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
• Fluent English required. Travel is required.
