Logistics Engineer - Order Management

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate sales order fulfillment to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Update order statuses, expedite shipments, reschedule trade orders, and coordinate returns and service orders.
• Analyze order fulfillment and operational issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Monitor stock replenishment and coordinate stock transfers and supply with local centers and global part or product controllers.
• Coordinate internal order processing and other logistics-related requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills are required.
• Experience with logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, delivery scheduling, and exception handling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to data accuracy and timely order processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams, with strong accountability and customer orientation.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge and experience.
