Business Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in Woodinville, WA (Onsite)

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Own global S&OP for Starlink Aviation to ensure efficient hardware delivery to customers.
• Analyze key performance indicators including network utilization, latency, and hardware unit economics.
• Develop complex S&OP models and decision-making tools to guide business strategy.
• Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting in collaboration with Engineering.
• Drive resource planning and execute hardware ramp and sunset plans.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational trajectory and business performance.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, business, or supply chain.
• 1+ years of experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, product management, FP&A, consulting, or banking.
• 1+ years of experience in Excel or programming.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and other company locations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for handling large datasets.
• Experience with analytical modeling tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Quantitative dual degree in engineering and economics/business.
• Ability to interpret financial statements including income statements and balance sheets.
