Lexus Finance & Insurance Manager (Automotive)

Location: Greenville, South Carolina, United States; onsite, full-time

Compensation: Base salary plus commission, bonuses, manufacturer incentives, and other performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Support sales staff and customers throughout the vehicle financing and sales process.
• Sell finance and insurance products and deliver clear menu presentations.
• Build customer relationships, generate referrals, and develop a customer network.
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for title work and lender funding.
• Coordinate with local and national lenders, manufacturer representatives, sales management, and service advisors.
• Meet monthly objectives, follow applicable regulations, and maximize deal profitability.

Requirements

• Prior automotive finance experience is required.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills, including Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Dealertrack, and ADP.
• Knowledge of tag and title laws and DMV processes.
• Ability to desk deals, take turnover opportunities, and maximize deal potential.
• Ability to work with bankers and manufacturer representatives.
