Regional Insurance Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; coverage from Maine to Florida with up to 75% travel.

What you will do

• Consult with Product Managers and Area Sales Managers to build and expand relationships with prospective and existing insurance dealers.
• Coordinate training and support the pursuit of dealer reinsurance opportunities.
• Use TFS Insurance Analytics to identify target markets and develop competitive insurance products and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide insurance subject-matter expertise and act as a liaison across regional, corporate, sales, and TMNA stakeholders.
• Manage dealer support programs, including VIP, VERP, and reinsurance, while communicating program value, services, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain reinsurance guidelines and training materials for field teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a captive finance, insurance, financial services, or equivalent environment.
• 5+ years of experience with insurance, VPP, insurance market analysis, and related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of captive automotive finance, dealership financial services, insurance, and reinsurance.
• Experience interpreting insurance analytics and developing presentations for field-sales opportunities.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship. An acceptable motor vehicle record is also required.
