Manager, Global FP&A

What you will do

• Support the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan across global regions.
• Build and maintain financial models for business scenarios and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare financial commentary, variance analysis, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Translate financial results into clear narratives highlighting key drivers, trends, revenue, margins, pricing, and market performance.
• Standardize and automate FP&A processes, templates, reporting tools, and planning systems with IT and Finance Systems partners.
• Coordinate planning and reporting cycles with regional finance teams and directly manage one FP&A analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, including at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data visualization and presentation design.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable leadership insights and communicate with accuracy and clarity.
• Experience guiding, influencing, or mentoring others; formal management experience is not required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, building products, or engineered systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with currency management, transfer pricing, international financial reporting, board reporting, or investor relations.
