Finance Manager - FP&A (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead monthly North American forecasting, connecting branch, area, and operating-unit P&L results.
• Support annual budgeting, month-end close, consolidation, reporting, and maintenance of US Field financial files.
• Provide P&L, cash flow, variance, risk, and opportunity analysis for Field and North American finance stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and senior leadership to support strategic decisions through financial analysis.
• Create ad hoc reports and dashboard outputs by connecting data from multiple underlying sources.
• Lead analysts and drive reporting accuracy, process improvement, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or a similar field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling, data mining, accounting, and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with financial reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle, CRM, or EPM Cloud.
• Ability to solve complex problems, improve processes, and communicate clearly with C-level and senior leadership.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion and collaborate across departments.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• Experience with Power BI and additional financial reporting software.
