Principal Innovation Business Analyst (AI): Supporting the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled solutions and clinical trial systems with an accent on requirements gathering, system configuration, integrations, and change management. Location: Fully remote from the UK; the listed location is London, England, UK.

What you will do
- Bridge business stakeholders, clinical teams, Innovation, and technology partners to identify process improvements and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for clinical trial and Business Operation Systems.
- Lead or support system implementations, configuration updates, integrations, releases, testing, validation, and UAT.
- Drive system adoption through training, communication, demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, and user feedback.
- Develop AI agents, prompt libraries, SOPs, work instructions, system procedures, best practices, and training materials.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency, user experience, governance, and system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience with systems and processes.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and leading teams directly or indirectly.
- Experience with AI and building AI agents.
- Expertise in clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS, including requirements, documentation, configuration, and integrations.
- Ability to transform business process requirements into functional requirements and collaborate effectively with technology partners.
- Ability to work fully remotely from the UK.

- Clinical Operations experience involving systems.
- Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
- Experience leading system implementations and resolving technology problems independently.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
