Senior Human Resources (HR) Technology Transformation Analyst

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Hybrid arrangement with 4 days per week in the Seattle offices.

Salary: $98,286–$147,428 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across Human Resources.
• Translate HR workflows into practical solutions using HR systems, automation tools, APIs, analytics, and generative AI.
• Lead medium-complexity cross-functional projects from discovery through launch, coordinating scope, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and milestones.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Partner with HR Analytics, IT, Legal, and Security to address data quality, privacy, equity, and compliance.
• Monitor solution performance, document processes, coach HR partners on responsible AI use, and measure business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business, data science, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, or a related field, including automation, systems improvement, or AI-enabled projects.
• Experience managing medium-complexity cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience supporting change management, training, communications, or adoption initiatives.
• Working knowledge of at least two of the following: HR systems, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, prompt design, analytics tools, or scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes and sound judgment regarding privacy, bias, fairness, and compliance risks.
