Senior HR Total Rewards Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule, approximately 80% in office at the St. Louis Corporate Office in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA

Salary: $78,000–$100,500 target base salary per year

What you will do

• Support and enhance retirement and Total Rewards programs.
• Oversee day-to-day retirement plan administration and operations.
• Coordinate audits, governance, and compliance activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Manage relationships with plan trustees, internal stakeholders, and third-party retirement plan providers.
• Use analytical and automation tools to strengthen program effectiveness and the employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in retirement plan administration or similar benefits administration.
• Experience with 401(k) plans and third-party retirement plan service providers.
• Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future work authorization sponsorship from hirify.global.
