What you will do

• Lead the global Gas Seal Support Systems engineering function across pre-order and post-order activities.
• Own the engineering lifecycle from RFQ and proposal development through customer approval, manufacturing release, and final documentation.
• Manage and develop Engineering Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Engineers across global operations.
• Drive standardisation, automation, continuous improvement, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure accurate and timely drawings, datasheets, calculations, technical documentation, and engineering performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Projects, Procurement, Manufacturing, regional teams, and customers on technical alignment and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 20+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in gas seal systems and process industries such as oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, and turbomachinery.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, business drivers, industry standards, instrumentation, and system integration.
• Proven capability in leadership, team management, stakeholder communication, and multi-region collaboration.
• Ability to ensure compliance with customer specifications, ISO standards, company policies, and EHS requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of API 614 and API 692.
• Experience with dry gas seal panels, components, and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with engineering tools and project management systems.
• Experience supporting technical alignment, project management, R&D, NPD, and cost optimisation.
