What you will do

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design and engineering team.
• Translate customer requirements and business objectives into design strategies and engineering programmes.
• Oversee product development from concept generation and detailed design through validation, industrialisation, and product launch.
• Ensure products meet critical-to-quality requirements, regulatory standards, and manufacturing feasibility criteria.
• Manage multiple engineering projects against timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Management, and Commercial teams on product implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in design leadership within a product development environment, taking products from concept through production.
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Product Development.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions and deliver customer value.
