What you will do

• Supervise healthcare construction projects and coordinate successful completion.
• Recruit, organize, train, direct, and coordinate field construction teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain CPM schedules, plan materials and tools, and support cost control.
• Enforce safety procedures, verify subcontractor insurance certificates, and maintain quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project documentation.
• Manage punch lists, start-up testing, owner turnover, final close-out, and acceptance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience including four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Extensive field construction experience at a supervisory level.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Working knowledge of construction trades and specifications, with prior experience as a foreman, journeyman, or project engineer.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws, job scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• Problem-solving ability, strong sense of urgency, willingness to travel, and ability to supervise projects across a large geographic area.
