Salary: $93,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage on-site project execution from pre-construction through closeout, including access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, weekly field updates, logistics plans, and pre-construction documentation.
• Coordinate field teams, trade partners, owner vendors, architects, engineers, and the Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges while minimizing cost and schedule impacts.
• Lead safety meetings, document safety activities, and uphold OSHA standards and Clune’s safety culture.
• Manage inspections, punch-list completion, equipment commissioning, owner training, project documentation, and closeout.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical projects; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and trade-partner coordination.
• Strong construction-trades background and technical knowledge.
• Experience with project scheduling software, budgeting coordination, and complex or multiple projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and ability to maintain a safe, collaborative project environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time-management, prioritization, flexibility, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience participating in RFP responses, client interviews, business development, and industry events.
• Experience mentoring interns, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Assistant Superintendents.
