Workforce Support Specialist (Human Resources)

Location: Onsite at the Miamisburg Plant, 170 Monarch Ln, Miamisburg, Ohio, USA

Salary: $63,780–$95,200 per year

What you will do

• Support employees and leaders with day-to-day HR needs, employee relations inquiries, complaints, and case management.
• Provide employee relations and manager capability support using observations and data to recommend engagement and morale initiatives.
• Support promotions, investigations, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, and restructuring activities.
• Collaborate with workforce support tiers to resolve employee inquiries and issues in a timely and comprehensive way.
• Coach employees and leaders on leadership processes, conflict resolution, policies, and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• One to four years of related HR or labor relations experience.
• Detailed understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases simultaneously.
• Experience with digital case management and workflow tools, specifically ServiceNow.
