What you will do

• Manage client relationships and partner with senior leadership on high-level digital and business strategy.
• Communicate digital business perspectives, industry context, and customer trends to clients.
• Develop and sell project ideas aligned with customer and brand goals.
• Use storytelling and presentation skills to inspire clients and bring strategic ideas to life.
• Own client financials, including forecasts, budgets, investments, and resource planning.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while coordinating collaboration across capability partners.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of professional experience, ideally in a creative agency, including at least four years of leadership experience.
• Experience in integrated marketing, digital strategy, and client relationship management.
• Four-year college degree; an MBA is expected as part of the typical background.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Proven project management, performance management, budget management, and resource planning experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
