What you will do
- Collect and consolidate weekly reports from U.S. customs brokers.
- Process the daily release of shipping documents and waybills.
- Track documentation for import operations into the United States.
- Retrieve and maintain CBP Form 7501 records.
- Distribute and maintain the HTS database with authorized customs brokers.
- Organize electronic records and provide administrative support for customs compliance activities.
Requirements
- Ability to provide administrative and operational support for global trade compliance activities.
- Accuracy in collecting, controlling, and following up on customs documentation.
- Ability to communicate with U.S. customs brokers and cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work at the El Lago Site in Tijuana, Mexico.
