Platform Implementation Specialist - Vice President (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 base annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end platform integrations for new and existing enterprise clients, including wealth managers, asset managers, fund administrators, and transfer agents.
• Frame projects, establish detailed plans, manage risks, and drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead client discovery, requirements gathering, operating model and business process design, platform setup, testing, and rollout.
• Manage the platform experience for existing clients and maximize their platform usage.
• Translate client business needs into hirify.global platform requirements and provide client context for product and change-management decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Operations, Client Success, and external technology teams to identify gaps and roll out new features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, client software implementations, or relationship management within financial services or fintech.
• Knowledge of wealth management, alternative investments, private banking, and related business processes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams from inception through execution.
• Familiarity with software-based financial solutions, including transaction systems, online forms, and trading software.
• Excellent writing, documentation, business requirements, specifications, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of delivery.
