Quality Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: Stockton, CA, United States; onsite and not eligible for remote work. Requires 5% domestic travel. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $30.77–$49.23 per hour

What you will do

• Identify process gaps, audit department processes, document findings, and partner with Operations and Quality leadership on improvement actions.
• Use data analysis to prioritize quality projects, schedule problem-solving activities, and support action plans.
• Manage customer complaints and internal product NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and report quality performance metrics.
• Support document control, quality records, system updates, and other Quality Management System activities.
• Interpret quality policies and guidelines, support ISO requirements and external audits, and maintain QA programs.
• Complete special projects assigned by Quality and Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Quality Assistant or in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret technical instructions, and work with mathematical and diagram-based information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and evaluate solutions to quality problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and work independently.
• Ability to provide guidance and feedback, support staff, and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work onsite in Stockton, CA and complete 5% domestic travel.

Nice to have

• BS in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISO 9001 Certified or Trained Auditor qualification.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.
