Senior Planner Demand Planning & Procurement

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States of America; hybrid role. Occasional domestic travel and evening meetings with factory associates in other time zones may be required.

Salary: $83,849.00–$104,550.00 annually

What you will do

• Drive demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and product availability for the Footwear business.
• Develop and manage demand plans while analyzing inventory and supply requirements.
• Issue and track purchase orders to support timely product delivery.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory availability targets, identifying and mitigating supply risks.
• Support product launches, collaborations, and seasonal initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Product Line Management, factory teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain planning in a global consumer products environment.
• Strong expertise in MRP/ERP systems, supply planning processes, and inventory management principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with SAP, Cognos Report Studio, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach with flexibility to support international operations.

• APICS/CPIM certification.
