Demand Planner

Location: Hybrid role based in Ewing, New Jersey, United States; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $92,500–$131,700 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Refresh and publish rolling 18-month weekly and monthly forecasts by brand and UPC.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Sales Strategy, and Marketing through the S&OP process.
• Align forecasts with customer needs, promotions, new product launches, discontinuations, and market trends.
• Lead Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings and document risks, assumptions, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Track forecast accuracy, investigate variance root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop scenario plans for demand changes, supply constraints, promotions, and new item launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of demand planning or forecast analysis experience required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with demand planning, ERP, reporting, or data visualization tools is preferred, including Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP/APO, Power BI, Excel, or similar systems.
