Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America; onsite role with approximately 25% travel. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Oversee supply and demand activities for multiple complex product lines, ensuring inventory, cost, and service performance meet business needs.
• Lead and develop a team of senior operations professionals and managers, including hiring, coaching, performance planning, and career development.
• Manage strategic demand-and-supply matching and ensure operations achieve key performance metrics.
• Drive process improvements, policy development, operational efficiencies, and cost savings across the supply chain.
• Lead regional and global trade compliance activities and complex cross-functional, cross-regional initiatives.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners while advising business leaders on strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of management experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with supply chain planning, production planning, procurement, inventory management, materials management, and warehousing.
• Knowledge of data analysis, enterprise resource planning, KPIs, process improvement, lean manufacturing, and SAP applications.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, resilience, customer centricity, and team management skills.
• Must work from the United States location specified for the role; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
