Supply Chain Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans for technology development, manufacturing execution, customer commitments, and production readiness.
• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and factory performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
• Use scenario modeling and actionable recommendations to influence supply, capacity, and inventory decisions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology Development, and Supply Chain teams on technology development programs and future-node ramps.
• Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and operational gaps, then drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready business insights while leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, military service, or professional work in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

• The role requires on-site presence in Hillsboro, Oregon or Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, factory planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting, and production planning.
• Experience with technology development, qualification, advanced-node manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience developing dashboards, business analytics, executive-level presentations, ERP systems, planning platforms, or data visualization tools.
