Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Westborough, Massachusetts, United States; on-site manufacturing role. Travel of up to 10% may be required, including overnight travel to other sites, suppliers, training, or workshops.

Annual salary: $80,000–$95,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own the site master production schedule and materials-planning process, including demand and capacity reviews, order management, and logistics.
• Analyze inventory, working capital, excess and obsolete exposure, material availability, and production capacity.
• Maintain Oracle planning parameters, lead times, planner assignments, master data, and related planning controls.
• Develop operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI, Excel, and approved digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional planning, analytics, and continuous-improvement initiatives with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory management within manufacturing.
• Experience developing operational analysis, metrics, or dashboards with Microsoft Excel and Power BI or comparable business-intelligence tools.
• Working proficiency with Oracle or another ERP system for material requirements planning, planning parameters, work orders, and inventory controls.
• Ability to translate demand, capacity, material availability, inventory, and master-data analysis into recommendations for cross-functional decisions.
• Ability to work on site in a manufacturing environment and enter production areas while wearing required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• APICS or ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP, or Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Cloud planning applications, or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Experience with hirify.global Business System, Lean manufacturing, daily management, problem solving, or structured continuous-improvement methods.
